SKLADNIKI:
(NA OKOLO 40 CIASTECZEK)
150g maki
150g masla
150g migdalow
110g cukru
aromat waniliowy
tarta skorka pomaranczowa
150g czekolady
WYKONANIE:
Migdaly mielimy z cukrem na miazge ( cukier zaabsorbuje nam olej pochodzacy z migdalow).
W osobnej misce rozrabiamy razem make z maslem pocietym na kostki, dodajemy roztarte na miazge migdaly z cukrem . Wszystko razem zagniatamy, dodajemy skorke pomaranczowa pare kropel aromatu waniliowego i szczypte soli.
Gotowe ciasto owijamy folia i wkladamy do lodowki na 1 h.
Nastepnie z ciasta tworzymy niewielkie kulki( okolo 8g ) ktore lekko splaszczamy na blasze pokrytej papierem do pieczenia. Z podanych skladnikow powinno nam ich wyjsc okolo 40 ( kulki wkladamy do lodowki na 30min) po czy pieczemy przez okolo 20 min w temp 160°
W miedzyczasie roztapiamy czekolade np w mikrofalowce, po ostudzeniu ciasteczek rozprowadzamy ja na plaskiej stronie kulki (mozemy sobie pomoc np strzykawka) , po czym 'przyklejamy' druga polowke kulki bez czekolady.
